A. You may return your Item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or merchandise exchange. Customers must email us for a Return Authorization prior to sending any merchandise back.

A. Depending on availability items may take 5-9 business days to ship.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping is free for any order over $70 US dollars within the continental U.S. The standard US Postal Service (USPS) rates apply.
Q. Do you provide International shipping of orders?
A. Yes, you can place an online order to Canada. All other international orders need to be placed over the phone. You can also contact us via email with questions: sales@ecobondstore.com. You will be notified of these additional costs for your approval, prior to processing your order. All import fees, taxes, and other charges associated with International orders are the responsibility of the customer.
