Eco-Bond Usage Directions
Directions:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them of dust, dirt, oil, or frost.
- Make sure Eco-Bond is at least room temperature & insert tube into standard caulking gun.
- Cut nozzle at 45 degree angle to desired size.
- Puncture inner seal with nail or wire.
- After applying Eco-Bond, materials may be repositioned for up to 20 minutes.
- Materials such as glass, metal & plastics will cure faster if the surfaces are lightly misted with water.
- Paintable after tack free. Works well with acrylic, latex & many oil based paints. When using with oil based paints, test on a small area or use a latex primer.
Cleanup:
Remove with dry cloth or a light solvent such as mineral spirits.
Disposal:
Allow unused portions to air-dry before placing in normal refuse container for disposal. Do not dispose of
partial used cartridges in fires.
Caution:
Uncured adhesive irritates eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush with water for at least 25 minutes. Call a physician. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Keep out of reach of children.
